Rumiar, Quim Bigas
In June 2021, a few members of Monday’s classes Dilluns Ballables in Sant Pere de Riudebitlles participated in the 3rd phase of the project Rumiar, by the choreographer Quim Bigas, and danced in different corners of the village.
The 1st phase of the project included improvisation material danced by Salva Sanchis and the 2nd phase was a text written by the actress Mia Esteve as a reaction to Salva’s improvisation. The 3rd and last phase was an online workshop with Quim Bigas and participants, based on the first 2 phases, and then danced in a few selected spots in the village and recorded by Oscar Páez.
With the recorded material, Anna Bohigas (visual designer), created a video-dance which was presented on July 2021, as part of the Mitjó festival.
A second video was created by Òscar Páez and was presented in October 2021, at the wine museum “Vinseum” in Vilafranca del Penedès.
